"The sales staff was persistently bothersome, with a sales approach coming every few moments, urging enrollment in the membership.Then, one of them subtly hinted (more like threatened) that you wouldn't get the discount on this item without signing up. Talk about a bad management move! I've decided to skip the REI membership forever. Also, just a heads up, most stuff in this store is way pricier than on Amazon. Stay away from REI, save your money!"
"REI is a great place for hikers, mountain climbers, campers and in general if you’re looking for quality products in those categories. Basically you get what you pay for. At the Burbank location where I went, customer service was great. Overall would recommend you checking this place out."
