(Drove from Los Angeles To Santa Clarita) Definitely a clean & friendly environment with a surplus in equipment & aftermarket accessories for your firearm & tactical gear of your choosing. Everything from firearm storages to accessories to even clothes & much more. Only wish my home store in Norwalk was just as big & stocked up on so much surplus of options to choose from as this one is. Keep up the great work & customer service. 5* without a doubt !"

"My go-to gun retailer. They run some nice specials from time to time, especially on ammo and have a good selection of firearms. They also sell fishing stuff, although I have never seen any customers buy any of that, LOL. Most of the employees are knowledgeable and cool but there are one or two who seem like they hate their job. LOL Their prices are competitive which is cool. I recommend Turner’s for your firearm needs."

"So when I go into a gun shop so when I go into a gun shop any shop I expect them to be nice professional and knowledgeable when do actually try and help me so I'm looking for a particular firearm gentleman told me that it's not available in California which it is in a single action and just giving me bad information they have a firearm on sale but nobody has a floor model so I can look at it and try and buy it which I was expecting to do today but you guys don't have your stuff together in order to show what you have on sale and not only that you didn't even look on the computer or try and find what I was looking for or did anything to help me I called another local shop and in 5 minutes I found what I was looking for y'all need to get your stuff together and start acting like professionals like you actually know what you're doing"

"Most of these guys are just rude. Anytime I've gone in, they make you feel rushed, give you short answers and don't even try to help. When you call in for questions, they are even ruder. Whoever the owner is, you should probably either replace most of your employees or train them to be grateful for the job they have. There are many others looking for jobs who would be humble enough to help customers. As of now, I will not be doing any business here."
