"Justin Leiva has horrible customer service. He kept twisting his words trying to upsale and confuse me. I had to up my comprehensive and collision to $1000 each to lower my payments to 175 when progressive gave me my old policy for much cheaper. Then he said he would lower it if I came with proof to show my mileage. I asked if I can come with my old paperwork from Toyota town and he said yes it’s fine but when I came with them he wouldn’t accept them! Giving me the run around! He said I couldn’t change my policy and then when I asked for reassurance he said he never said that. When I would try to call him the other girl would pick up and said he would call back and then when I called back he picked up. They’re just playing games over there. I will never get insurance from them again! Especially from Justin. He was rude and didn’t help me at all. Do NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM HIM!"
