Willow Hall

Willow Hall is a university located at 1200 Kenwood Avenue in Duluth, Minnesota, United States. The institution offers apartment living options for upper-class students, providing a greater sense of independence and privacy as academics become more rigorous. The two-bedroom, two-person occupancy apartments known as the "Brick Apartments" are located among the trees beyond Tower Hall, offering a short commute to campus facilities. In addition to the Brick Apartments, Willow Hall also offers Cedar Hall, Scanlon Hall, Kerst Hall, and Somers Dorm. Cedar Hall houses four upper-class students in two-bedroom apartments with lounges, study spaces, and laundry facilities. Scanlon Hall offers two- or four-bedroom apartments for upper-class students, with three lounges, study spaces, a piano room, and a kitchenette. Kerst Hall, nestled in the woods at the edge of campus, provides similar amenities for upper-class students in two- or four-bedroom apartments.

Recently renovated, Somers Dorm features "super single" rooms for upper-class students along a communal hallway with shared bathrooms. These single occupancy rooms offer the same size as a normal double occupancy dorm room.
