Megan MacCarthy, physician's assistant, explained things clearly and answered all my questions in a kind and understanding way both before and after my surgery for basal cell cancer. Dr Sauerhammer was very empathetic as was Megan. I was very comfortable with both of them which is so important to me when dealing with health issues. I was promptly informed of results. I highly recommend going here if you need a dermatologist."

"They only care about making money. My experience was very low effort.. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt definitely was right about my gut feeling . I seen others experiences where they get to try on breast implants before surgery I didn’t. The doctor just picked mines. Also she kept saying one thing and did the other she kept saying the incision would be on top of the muscle and ended up putting it under the breast. Like my opinion didn’t matter. Then she over priced me because apparently my surgery would take longer than others.. My breast apparently were going be more difficult and take longer. Never got a before and after picture. So not sure why I paid this much for such low effort."

"From the pleasant reception area and staff to the actual services provided, this practice gets all 5 stars. I saw Colleen VanEgeren PA to evaluate some skin lesions and she and her assistant Katherine were friendly, competent and informative. Some tissue was taken painlessly, and I felt I was thoroughly inspected for any suspicious spots. Warm and inviting office surroundings also!"

"Dr Sauerhammer is a amazing. I did much research before seeing her for rhinoplasty. I had broken my nose and had some interior issues in my nostril that needed to be fixed to be able to breath normal but at the same time wanted a few cosmetic adjustments. I am able to breath and with cosmetic changes she made it look so natural. I am very pleased with the results. The only stressor I had was dealing with the coordinator Lisa. There was extreme lack of communication, miss/false information and no follow through. If I didn't continue to call and email the procedure would have not taken place. I will still give a 5 star rating for the Dr Sauerhammer! I would go through it all again with the results I have. Thank you"
