"I have had 2 whiplash injuries over the years that tightened my neck and upper back considerably. Eric has done an excellent job of releasing trigger points and identifying which places need to be worked first. I now have trigger points that have been released that have never been able to be loosened before. Of course, I also stretch regularly as well as see a chiropractor. I admit that I don't like pain as I had experienced with others in some deep tissue massages. Eric strikes a good balance and gets to that "hurts so good" place, always checking to be sure that I'm comfortable with it. He is professional, friendly and able to "read" what my body needs.
