I did not know that my contract was bought be Super since last year though. It took me several phone calls to find out about my contract. But when I finally got ahold of Super, they set me up right away with a technician. It's only been one day. I pray and hope my furnace continue to work and keep me and my family warm. "Super Home Warranty is the WORST! I've had them for 4 years, thinking they will get better..NO! I've been on a waiting list for about a week to get the plumber out to my house and fix my tankless hot water system. Super had ONE, ONE plumber on their "approved" list to service tankless systems in 150 mile radius around the Austin, TX area. ARE YOU KIDDING?! The plumber finally shows up two days ago, and within the first two minutes of him having to call the manufacturer and being placed in a line (#12) to speak to their Tech folks, he informs me that he can't wait for hours on the phone for a Tech person. REALLY?! I've waited a full week in HIS line just to get help! The plumber left and said he'd return when Super approved his bill to wait on the phone for 3 hrs for Tech support. Day 2 after that, still NO plumber, still NO call from Super. I called Super three times today, and EACH time they hung up on me! DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY PLAN FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT! I've even threatened to file a complaint with the BBB, and that did NO good! If there was a minus100% star...They wouldn't even deserve THAT! These guys SUCK!"
