"This man is not to be trusted. Record every interaction with him. Doxy apparently won’t release it to you. Probably need a court order. Guessing that’s why he suggested we switch to phones. Less of a trail for the things he says and does. Saw him for over 5 months. Went to him to get a professional diagnosis, per my therapist. Laid out all my trauma, shared everything that was going on in my life. He seemed really genuine at first, but the mask slowly slipped off. He began to let me rant about the ongoing trauma I was facing without giving any actually advice, asking questions to get to the root, it was like I was his personal entertainment. I was seeing him twice a week and asked about a third or finding another counselor to help me deal with my complex situation. He said he wouldn’t tell me not to see others but that he’s know he’s can address everything and would do times a week. We never did. I asked about my assessment, months after doing the 500 question test (which he had me take home and complete in different frames of mind) and the Rorschach. He said he hadn’t finished it and would have it done by the end of the week. I asked what he basically thinks is going on. He told me along the lines of “you’re going through a lot, you have been through a lot, but you’re still very grounded in reality and aware of what’s going on around you.” Mentioned anxiety depression ptsd. Wish I recorded that on. Two weeks later I tell him I want the assessment to bring to my pcp to talk about meds. He says I don’t have it done I’ll have it by the end of the week. Another 2 weeks later I ask what the status is. He says he has it done but at the office. He doesn’t have it in front of him. At this point I tell him I don’t think he has done it and am disappointed it has taken a month, since I first asked. He obviously didn’t like being called out and the relationship obviously changed. I asked him to reiterate what the assessment said and he gave me a conflicting diagnoses from what he had given me 4 weeks prior. His official diagnosis was cPTSD, severe depression, and rule out delusion. When I asked what that meant he told me he couldn’t tell if I was delusional or not. He wrote the assessment like he only remember the last couple weeks of what we talked about and not what brought me there and the things that came up since. He had asked to do phone calls only and I requested we go back to Doxy online platform. He didn’t like that. On our last visit I was trying to give him a chance to redeem himself or take the therapy where it should go. But instead he asked if we should stop seeing each other to which I agreed. When I showed my case manager his assent she laughed. She said it wasn’t a real assessment. Said it looked like he made a long note. When I saw a therapist through the county I felt he didn’t take me seriously. I assumed because of the assessment. I now have this wildly wrong assessment following me everywhere I seek help and people assume I’m delusional. Therapist and doctors treat me much different than before. Sadly my trauma makes that very apparent to me. Honestly, I think this man is an undiagnosed sociopath that has found this profession fulfills his needs."
"Dr. Michael Moller is ethical, compassionate, understanding, funny, knowlegdeable, and a great listener. My children have seen him for 5+ years and he has made an an extremely positive impact on their lives. He has been accomodating to our schedule as we travel a long distance to see him. I can't say enough positive things about him and the service he provides. I have no reservations about recommending him for mental health services. He is AMAZING!"
"My family has been seeing Dr. Moller for over 5 years. He is very knowledgeable and is able to see through walls and help break them down. He does this differently for each child in a way that works for them. I have had issues with my kids not wanting to open up to a counselor and he has been able to get them to open up and express their feelings. I do not know what we would have done without him."
"I've been seeing Dr.Moller off and on for 6 years. He has been my lifeline when my anxiety and my depression was at it's worst. He is always patient and attentive. My schedule was always kind of all over the place and he always worked with me to make it work. The pricing for seeing him seems fair and comparable (if not cheaper) to other therapists except Dr. Moller was always trying to help me out and work with my insurance companies and give me discounts when it was applicable. Seeing a therapist was always a scary thought for me and Dr. Moller was an amazing person for me to have found and helped ease those fears. He also helped me and always had my back when I applied for disability concerning my mental illness. Bottom line Dr. Moller is the best and most helpful therapist I have ever worked with."
"Various people in my family have been seeing Dr. Moller for years for assistance with managing mental health issues. He is kind, understanding, patient, caring, funny, and a great listener. He does a wonderful job at empathizing with what patients are going through, and really helped me get over apprehensions I had about therapy from negative experiences I had with other therapists in the past. I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know!"
