"I know there aren't a lot of child psychologists available. You shouldn't choose these people. Dr. Versland/Pacquin is not a good doctor. She is condescending and will gaslight you and your child. She won't believe their symptoms. She is late for (all but one) appointments. She has problems of her own and she is not prepared to deal with your child's. Her billing office is inaccurate and they will not answer a question directly. Shoddy billing practices. No invoices, no way to know what you paid for or what you owe on which visit. They double billed my insurance and me and there is nothing I can do about it. Their patient portal is nearly non-existent. Do not go here. They don't care. If they decide to answer this review it will be something like, "I'm sorry you had this experience...please contact us". Don't fall for it. They don't care. They don't really want to help you. They will gaslight you."

"Got in the same day I called asking if they were taking new patients. I have been seeing my therapist for like 2 months now, and the whole team is just incredibly helpful and caring. I don't know that I could ask for a better team. The only thing I wish they would change, is adding medication management providers, even if they were exclusively for people who are currently being seen at this clinic. Overall just a good experience."
