"Well The Tower 400 Building & The Tower 395 Buildings are both beautiful triskelion compounds ouverlooking thee innwr Bay Area. Please forgive me as that is my only word for uplifting and making sound cool the number Three third trei .. And the properties got a luscious garden consisting of trees wildlife shrubry and a polkadott here n there of color surrounded by greenery with plentiful parking entrie to the buildings and wheelchair accessibilities get this on all three sides of every Tower which in itself is a standalone important amenity. The peeps, nice & social. The area bustling with the construction of some really cool stuff. Traffic always goingh past the limits. Id like to witness during the summer but still South San Francisco in my opinion is a mini San Jose orr a mini Silicon Valley. Thank You Please, Jose Vasquez"

"My family could not be happier that we found and had Greenspan represent us after we lost our home in a wildfire. We suffered a complete loss and after a few days of getting the run around from the insurance company, we realized the claim process would not be easy or fair and that representation was in our best interest. Greenspan worked diligently with my family to complete a fair claim which eventually far exceeded what we would have received on our own. My wife calls them a "blessing" and we both agree that we would hire them every time, even if it we went through that tragedy a hundred times over. The representation and communication that comes from using Greenspan to represent you in your claim is an invaluable asset. The cost it takes to hire them is far less than what your insurance company won't pay you by the end of your claim. From my experience, the insurance companies put on a good face in the beginning, acting as though they only want to help you. You will soon realize that is not the case as they begin depreciating your property and making excuses why they don't have to pay certain expenses. Do yourself and your family a favor, hire Greenspan to help you put your life back together. I know many fire victims that are personal friends whom wish they would have listened to this advice."
