"CANCELLED WITH NO CALL. I had not received any kind of confirmation from Neurotech of my sons appt. So the morning of my son’s 24 hr at-home EEG I called Neurotech at 8am to confirm making sure someone was coming to my house that day. This is a big deal - taking off 2 days of work, my son missing 2 days of school, etc. Neurotech called me back 45 min later and said they actually didn’t have anyone available that day. We made the appt 2 weeks prior! How does this company, 1) not even call to confirm an important LONG appointment like this, and 2) cancel the same day?! If I hadn’t taken the initiative to call them to confirm, I would have been waiting all day for them to show up! My god even a hair salon will do confirmation calls the day before your hair appt. This company is unprofessional and unreliable!!!"
"This place is horrible. The get into their feelings. They don't like to be told they are wrong!! My husband had an appointment set and they didn't even contact his Dr's. So no one knew about it. Now they refuse to reschedule because they got told they were not doing their job correct. She says it's because of the tone of my voice. I will be calling to speak to a supervisor."
"If you work for this company do not apply for the billing Dept job unless your a suck up to the supervisor , gossiper, and tell on others to her no matter what Dept the other person work in . The supervisor Carly is rude, gossip about other staff , tell her personal business to the staff she supervisor over. If Carly don’t like you she will do things like give you have information to make it difficult to do your job, she will basically over micromanage you daily all day while at work. Carly lack leadership skills, effective communication, etc I had no experience when I started and I’m sure Carly was well aware because my resume didn’t have the position in it. And, yet one week after I was trained I was put on my own to do the work no training , and she fast trained , half trained gave me half the information . She make the dept environment stressful and hostile work environment Oh and do not go to Human resource manager Chris about her I didn’t one week ago and my job was posted on indeed 7 to 8 days later .. lol! They will get rid of you before her cause she work her self to death for them she don’t take any days off and she bringing them in that money . I repeat find you a new job and leave instead of handling like I did in a professional manner and talking to HR like a staffs are suposoe to and it backfire. I’m glad I was looking for another job way head of time . And got one ! Now as far as patient care goes things I’ve heard while at work. The leads falling off of patient head and the tech have to go out to reconnect them or do it remotely. Dr sendign order that’s not complete missing information and when you communicate to the provider this info they will send days later and patient can’t be scheduled. The reading of the eeg depending on what provider reading it may take long then it should for a provider to interpret the reg results . Patients calling to get them and are told they haven’t been read yet. The list goes on! I left a job to work for this company and I will not return they do not evey have to worry about me returning even if they hired all new staff. Now John the front desk guy, Dan (IT) and Maria in payroll they nice gentleman and lady and very professional . The owner really didn’t see them often they are brothers and the one I did he barely said hello. You will have to say hi first if not he will let you just walk right on pass him as if he never seen you. Lol! You’ve been warn."
"The tech that did my hook up was pleasant. The individuals I spoke with throughout monitoring were pleasant. But the aftermath of taking the electrodes off was awful. I had two “holes” on my forehead and multiple spots on the sides of my face. A tech filed an incident report the Sunday (6/26) the day before I was done. She told me to take the two wires on my head off since they were bleeding. She said a supervisor would call me a few days later. Still haven’t heard from a supervisor as of 7/10. I called them trying to get it handled before my vacation on 7/1. Needless to say I don’t feel like paying them the rest of the cost due to the damage they caused."
"Technician was kind, professional, and communicated instructions clearly. Billing office is rude and inconsiderate and will threaten to send your account to collections if you’re even one day late on a payment. I received a threatening mail notice that my account would be going to collections and I didn’t even receive my invoice for the month, so didn’t have any recollection that I was late on my payment. Send invoices on time and be considerate considering that people are paying thousands of dollars in medical bills and errors like this only cause more stress and illness. Can’t wait to be done with my payments. I don’t recommend working with this company."
