"Laurie at RIOW did an amazing job helping with my shoulder after surgery! She gave me new ideas on better positions of my hand, arm, wrist while using the cable bands, she gave me ideas of stretching / strengthening in a pool! Laurie gave me assignments but told me that I know my body, if I am in pain to stop.... Laurie was able to switch routines/ exercises for me during the month! I was always told ice is my best friend.... it really works! RIOW is a wonderful company to get you on the mend! I would definitely recommend them for any injury of your body! They are very educated/ trained to know what you need to get back to living without pain! I give them a FIVE star review! Hope you enjoy your treatment with them!"
