"Shout out to Alec (Mgr) I had a problem with my pool sweep. I brought it into Leslie’s located on Blue Ravine in Folsom, Ca. I broke the float on the pool sweep. (It was an accident) As soon as I walked in I heard, Can I help you? Alec the Manager greeted me with a smile. I showed him the pool float attached to the pool sweep.They had the part and Alec offered to fix it right there. The problem was that I didn’t bring in the pool sweep, just the part that broke off. Alec said, if you bring the pool sweep in without the hose I can replace the part. Yes, Yes I will be right back. I have always received excellent service from Leslie’s and today was no different. Thank you Alec I appreciate your dedication to your customer service skill. You’re the “Man”!"
