"My chronic lower back pain and twisted spine had become a deterrent to my active life choices. I have used chiropractic care on and off over the years, with short term results, but never physical therapy. At age 70, i realize that my days of biking, skiing, and other active outdoor pursuits that I enjoy were at risk if I didn't find a solution to hurting when I did strenuous activities. I was hypothecating about the idea of Chiropractic coupled with the scientific approach that a Doctor of Physical Therapy could bring to the exercise and strengthening needed to improve targeted problem areas.
