"This company will show up unannounced for service calls for in home nursing such as blood draws. They do not set up appointments to come do this they just expect you to be available when THEY choose to show up. Zero courtesy or respect. We were called with minutes notice multiple times after we tried numerous times to get them to set up appointments to come over.... And after that we were discharged from the service like it is our fault....What kind of company is this? I can not recommend this service to anyone. VERY poor service over all. Incompetent phone service as well."
