"I was told by Erich Metzler the test cultures done on me last week were normal (hence, why he didn't do anything and just sent me home), but upon checking it tonight, the results weren't normal at ALL... There were a few WBC (white blood cells) in my urine along with bacteria of 3+ (normal range is None Seen), so very high... Per scientific literature (and being in the health industry myself), these results are suggestive of a bacterial infection that I should be appropriately treated (i.e. with antibiotics). Why did Erich tell me my test results were "completely normal" (and send me home)?!? Furthermore, he reduced my chronic problem to being because of soap, which is laughable because my symptoms don't even align with that lazy "diagnosis". It's like he didn't listen to me in the slightest. My medical problem needs to be taken seriously. And as a physician, it is Erich's legal duty to correctly inform his me, his patient, about my body's test results... Not doing so is immoral, illegal, and also strongly suggests Erich is either extremely incompetent and/or quite biased. (I mean, it's very common for white men, especially old entitled white men like Erich, to completely disregard women. It's a tale as old as time.) I will need to be re-seen promptly by a more competent, trustworthy doctor. He shouldn't even be practicing anymore if he disrespects patients and can't make basic diagnoses... Yikes. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT, ARROGANT COÑO AT ALL COSTS. His knowledge is decades outdated. I guarantee the medical field will be much better off without him."

"I do not recommend Erich's services. Erich unfortunately will dismiss chronic conditions in women (especially younger, disabled, POC, ND, etc.) and trivialize these conditions. It also appears that he is not always honest about patients' tests results, as he recently told a patient her tests were "normal" when her tests clearly indicated a bacterial infection... Results like that, stated plainly and clearly on paper, are not easily missed. This is gross oversight at best and reckless malpractice at worst. When we pay for medical services as patients, we are entrusting providers with our health and wellbeing. We are expecting them to do their jobs and to be upfront/honest with us without being patronizing or dismissive. So it is sad to see that patients' concerns may not be addressed and their symptoms may not be treated, even if the patient advocates for it. I hope Prevea implements trainings and feedback for improvement for their staff, especially for the doctors. Clearly, it is needed."

"Made sure he was there at the hospital to deliver my son when my other 2 doctors were unavailable. He arrived at the hospital within minutes even though he wasn't on call. He's a very kind man and made sure that I was well-informed. His credentials are spectacular. He's the chairperson for OB/GYN Dept. at St. Vincent's Hospital. I definitely would recommend him to expectant mothers."
