"Not only is he great, but so is his NP Lisa LeBlanc, and nurse, Bobbie. He took his time with me, was patient and let me talk out my own process while I decided what to do. He gave good reasons why I should proceed the way we are and made sure I had some lab work done before I left. I had a question about the result. Lisa was out, but one of the nurses got back to me so I wasn't just waiting for days. Lisa promptly answered my question once she was back in the office. She gave me details about why something may be amiss and offered me a solution. This is a fantastic team. These are medical professionals who care about me as a person. I wholeheartedly recommend this team. I had the operation and I could not be more pleased with the care team and my hospital experience at Elmbrook Memorial, in Brookfield. The hospital has a marvelous system that kept my family up to date while I was in the OR, when I moved to recovery, and when the MD would come in and tell them how things went. They were able to leave my room to grab some lunch and relax without worrying about missing the doctor. Overall, I am delighted with the Ascension medical team."
