I was having issues with Rugged Radios and getting a replacement set. Amstel from Everything Polaris stepped in and contacted Rugged Radios and helped me get a new set. Without his help I would still be trying to get even a reply from Rugged Radios."

"The customer service representatives were always available. However, I was sold an item that they did not have in stock and was not told this until a week later. I was given multiple shipping dates and never got a tracking number. This item took over a month to receive. I appreciated that I was able to talk with someone each time but they gave me the run around."

"I ordered a roll bar basket & paid for it, I was excited to get it. They responded back & stated it was on back order for 4-6 weeks and asked if I’d like to cancel, I opted to cancel. A few days later the basket arrived but I already ordered a better one from a different manufacturer that promptly arrived. I told them to send me back a call tag as I cancelled the order. It took over a week to arrive by email & I sent it back. They then stated they haven’t received it but I showed proof of tracking numbers and arrival. It’s now been another week & I still haven’t seen my credit so now I have to cancel on my cc. Terrible company to do business with."
