"5 stars for Dr Murphy. She was recommended by my primary. Dec 23 rd removed a 1 inch growth inside my nasal passage accidentally found by a brain scan. Not only. Is she an excelleng surgeon but very accommodating, I had to cancel her last minute because of another temporary health issue, she knew the importance of this growth issure and got me in immediately. What I really liked about this doctor was her accessibility , you call her ,she calls you back soon, she called also just to see about my recovery. What I dont like for some technical reason,is you have no accessibility with MyChart maybe thats resolved now. I have and would highly recommend her. Larry Wirth"
"I've been dealing with ear issues for over 10 yrs, seen 3 different ENT doctors on the 3rd set of tubes in my ears & Dr Murphy is the first one to look further into the problem! Great doctor, exceptional care & she got the ball rolling on other health issues as well!"
"My first appointment I waited for 40 minutes before seeing Dr Murphy. My surgery I had with her went well, other than we found it caused a new issue that was not there before having her perform the surgery. A few months later I decided to have a second surgery to fix that problem (she was willing to accept that her performing the first surgery caused this issue but financially she wasn't going to help out with this surgery, so thank god it's in the same year so my deductible is already met). I scheduled the surgery and a post-op appointment right away. She decided to close her practice that is closest to where I work (all within a week of my scheduling the appointments, so I'm sure she knew this would be happening before hand and just failed to mention it) and was not flexible in finding a time to schedule a post-op at her other location that wouldn't force me to take at least 2 hours off of work (other location I only needed to leave 30 minutes early so I could just skip my lunch at work to make up the time). When given the decision to either cancel the surgery or take the 2 hours off of work I opted to just schedule the post op and take the time off of work (not to mention the 2.5 weeks and numerous hours I took off for the first surgery and her required pre and post appointments, the numerous hours for pre op appointments for this surgery, and the day I'm taking off for this surgery) only to get a call from her after I had scheduled the post op to say she cancelled my surgery because I she couldn't find a suitable time for me to come in for my post op. She's friendly, but not time conscious and not really apologetic for problems she causes - she also clearly cannot read her schedule very well."
