"I would not recommend this place, I went there in 2016 for a simple decompression L4- L5. 9 surgeries later and my back is worse than when I started, they got me fused from S1- T 10. Dr Sinacropi caused me to have scoliosis, and then Dr. Jackman had to fix it, they never did a bone density test on me and my bones are to brittle so when they fused my T10 they fractured the vertebrate. Now they won't even talk to me about what they did, I had to go to a different Dr. not associated with them so I could get some answers. They ghosted me."

"Terrible customer service! The answering system is trash. Two times I attempted to update folders that I was requested to update. Both times calling back they asked me who it was for! And I told them. . . More than one time. Questioning me if I listened to the voicemail! You got to be joking! I will not be getting back surgery here. Thanks and please stop calling me. "If you are passionate about recovery and properly caring for your body, I would not recommend going here. They do not express interest in helping anyone, just bringing in revenue. The doctor I saw used profanity and demeaning language, belittling me and openly mocking me in front of the staff. I was shocked to see this display of unprofessionalism in a medical environment. I was told that I was merely being seen as a "favor to a friend." I would sincerely recommend doing your research to find care that emphasizes recovery and helpful information-- I certainly wish I did."
