"Payed them a visit during there business hours only to find the door was locked and nobody was there."

"Rescheduled our appointment twice. Then filed our taxes under the wrong year. Once we discovered the issue, told us they would redo them. Next day $160 came out of our bank account. Called and told them I’m not paying for taxes that were incorrect and once I see them corrected I’ll pay for them. Told us to come pick up check to refund us the amount they took from our bank. Drove all the way over there and was told they mailed the check already (20 minutes after being told to come pick it up) and had to write another check. Husband gets all the way back home and then gets a call that our corrected taxes are done and come sign them. Never had so many issues getting taxes done. The documents literally say what year they are for right on the top, not sure how that can happen. They obviously don’t pay attention. Then to charge you for taxes they screwed up? Once I see correct taxes and how they go about making this right with us, I’ll consider revising my review. But as of now, I’m not happy. 3 trips back and forth from Cumberland to turtle lake and our taxes still aren’t done."

"Had taxes amended and was told everything was sent out. Amended returns take around 16 weeks to process so I checked through all my paperwork to see when I could expect the return money and instead found my amendments sitting in the folder. I guess I should have double checked instead of taking someone's word."
