"I had previously given a 4 star review because of the many times I saw Nelson's do the best they could under trying circumstances. I always appreciated that when I call, a live person answers the phone and has a conversation. Today I came back to modify to a 5 star review. Lately their customer service has been even better than usual, I still get live people when I call, they answer their emails, and they went above and beyond to help me today when one of my children was inadvertently directed to the wrong bus by his school. Thank you Nelson's!"

"We purchased a small bus. The company was very attentive during the sales process. Once the bus was ours, we could barely get a response. It took our staff weeks to sort through and figure out things on our own. They are probably fine for big districts or organizations who have a lot of knowledge and staff. However, I would not recommend them to small businesses or those just getting started in transportation services. This was a big investment for our small organization and we were promised support that we didn’t receive. The worst part was the people who needed our help had to wait far too long!"

"This company is ridiculous. I was late to get my kids signed up for the bus due to my mother getting very ill, and three weeks into school my kids still can’t ride. I know someone who literally called 2 days before school started and her 3 kids got to ride the first day. They are inconsiderate and rude. They know they can get away with it because they are our only option for bus service. What a terrible company for the school district to be involved with. He asked me who I would even be able to report it to. Here you go and I’m just getting started. Shame on you."

"Great service department. Luke took excellent care of us. I was transporting a used Thomas school bus to Eau Claire to the new owner when a heater line blew. Nelson was close to my location and they repaired the unit the same day. I was able to stay on schedule and made the delivery to Precision Pipeline that day.
