We were lucky to find your Hangar #4 available to our G500 while we finished building our Corporate Hangar in Fond du Lac. It’s nearing completion w/i the next month with a few minor details to tidy up. We have the plane secured inside and it fits! Dylan, we spoke a year and half ago when we made preliminary arrangements with an “Unknown start date” but you said “there would be space available when ready”. Thank you for holding true to that offer starting March 2023. Your line service was amazing! I can’t remember all the line guys names. Please THANK each and EVERY ONE of them for us! They all were prompt and professional. Even at 4:30AM, or 11PM they had a smile and took a liking to their job. They were very cautious, careful, and we never felt safety was jeopardized. I’d like to compliment Merisa for always being available for car rental updates, fuel and schedule changes. She never appeared to take a day off. Most times it took less than 5 seconds for her response. Thank you! Sorry to bother you so much. Communication was great! We appreciate the fuel discounts as well! Laura’s billing was prompt and accurate. We also appreciate the pro rated charge for this last month of July. Thank you. In closing, we can’t thank you all enough!
