"Considering the financial investment of these swim lessons I was very disappointed with the customer service when we realized the class was not a good fit for our daughter. We had attended lessons here in the past and had a very wonderful experience. Our toddler had moved up to the independent class and after a sudden and unannounced teacher change she was *that kid* crying and screaming, refusing to get into the water. I did not feel the staff provided us with adequate suggestions, alternative solutions, or support for how to proceed. In hindsight I wish I would have requested to try a class before committing."

The class sizes are small, the instructors are kind and patient, the way they teach and encourage the kids is amazing. Trust the process and you'll find massive improvements in your child’s abilities in no time. Special shout out to Ms. Kelly who has been wonderful in every way. Once you start lessons and see improvements you won’t want to stop. I foresee our kids taking weekly lessons for many years to come."
