The front desk sent out a general intake form to learn about any issues going on and accessed it from there when i checked in. I’ve been to few places in Madison where I had to keep correcting the pressure. I used to get masseuses who massage hard on one spot bc I asked them to and ended up massaging the entire body just as hard.
