"I registered my daughter for Just Drive Grafton a while back. She easily completed the online class and we were ready to sign up for Behind the Wheel. When the registration time came we were surprised to see all the slots filled up quickly. We tried for several months, no luck. Slots would fill up within seconds. We did reach out and the DD people were helpful, but we still could not register. Us, along with several other families had decided to complete the program elsewhere. It came to my attention recently that multiple families were able to secure refunds for the Behind the Wheel portion of the class. These families will happily tell their story to you if you wish, and give their names. When I inquired about a refund I was told the reason families received one was because a driver was sick and they could not complete the class. While this might be true for some, it is not true for the families I know, and I believe there are others. My question is, why can I not receive a refund when other families did? We signed up for a service, and we could not access that service. How long were we supposed to wait? When we contacted the parent company they were helpful at first, but then rude and blocked communication. I will be posting monthly on multiple sites until I am given the same compensation as other families who were given refunds for the same issue. Its just bad service and then unfair business practices."

"Worst experience - As a parent the Just Drive never answers phone, responds or follows through with paperwork. I would suggest finding an alternate resource for behind the wheel for your child."

"Was quite disappointed with the online class sessions. They are from 2016 and have not been updated since it appears. My child studies and still fails on attempts and the instructors don’t make it any better. They take forever to respond and are just bad. We don’t even know the instructors name! I would not recommend this to anyone and I’m switching my child to United for her behind the wheel."

"Woefully bad offering for behind the wheel...how do you expect kids to get there license when they can't schedule more than 1 session a month (if they can even schedule 1 a month). Ridiculous."
