"We went to see the Racine Park High School vs. Racine Case High School basketball game. It was blast! There is nothing like competitive high school basketball. The facility was great. Easy parking. Easy in and out of the building. Spotless gym. Clean restrooms. Friendly people. Ifnyiu get a chance to go see a Case High School game sometime, I would highly recommend you do."
"Went to case years ago and it was nice. The hall monitors didn’t really want to be mean but want you to graduate. Same goes for the principals but certain kids get out of hand and start stuff which makes our school look bad. Each and everyday I pass by case I just think all the memories I had and hold it tight forever. Go Eagles!"
"Best of the non-charter public schools in Racine. The IB Programme is rigorous and challenges students such as myself to do the best I can. However, the school also has problems mostly due to an administrative standpoint. Disregarding the will of students, Racine Unified School District decided to force the "Academy System" upon all of us, forcing us to choose a career "pathway" at the end of Freshman year. The options for pathways are lacking, to say the least. For example, there are no pathways for the arts. The arts also get generally restricted due to the Pathway system, as a full year class is forced upon a student whether they want to take it or not. This is detrimental for any students that want to go into a career in the arts. The Pathway options at the time of writing this include things such as business management, child care, culinary, computer science, engineering, manufacturing, among some others."
"My son attends this school. He is autistic with severe ADHD and requires special ed services for behavioral issues. Every year I meet with the principal and other staff to discuss my son's IEP, and I have to say I am impressed. The staff handles my son very well. They are understanding of his disabilities and yet they don't let him use that as an excuse. He is still held accountable for his behavior. I like that. They work really hard to help me help him become a responsible adult. I also appreciate that they don't blame me for his occasional poor choices (ok, maybe not so occasional). The school is also well organized, clean, and offers a wide range of classes and after school activities."
"Teachers & staff in general were VERY disrespectful . I wanted to see the school and take a day to see if maybe I would like to attend , I was asked to get out of the building and stand outside until someone could come get me . They threatened me by telling me the police would get involved . The entire time I remained respectful and calm . I would never recommend this to a visitor . The lady at the front desk with short hair as well as plus size really needs to take customer service classes . Her etiquette in general was tremendously rude , she works at a school therefore she should know how to interact with people in a proper manor . Although a gentleman helped us somewhat by getting things figured out . If there's a parent reading this I can't give you any feedback on the curriculum on how they teach for the simple fact that they would not allow me to stand by and be apart of it . I could've been a student little did they know & the lack of respect is very disturbing . Needs improvement because my 1st impression was terrible !"
