"Very unhappy with my child's basketball photos. They are so dark and poor quality. We were told to be there at a certain time and expect 15min. We waited over an hour for them to even get to our team. When contacted about the quality they agreed we could mail them back our bad ones and they would mail us new photos that would be brighter. I decided not to waste any more money because I don't feel confident I would be happy with the new ones. I wish our team would have gone with a local company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone"

"They have an issue with what I want my son to wear! We pay for the pictures if we want him to wear a hat why do you care!? The school don’t have an issue with it why do you!? He takes a photo without a hat for his school id and he can take one with his hat for the pictures I PURCHASE!"

"Just horrible. Company offers choice backgrounds but doesn't sound like they share that with the schools so we are stuck with an ugly standard Background. No there is no price difference if we had choice background. To me it's just pure laziness on this company to do the extra work. Let's give our kids the same background for 13 years... like prisoners.... so ashamed.. I demand to offer background choice or drop our district so we can get a company who will promote this offer"
