"Horrible service and a few unfriendly drivers. I do not recommend this service to any parents needing a method of transport for their children. Unreliable and untrustworthy are just a few things wrong with this company."

"Our granddaughter has just started at Wisconsin Heights to say the bus service is not very reliable is an understatement. Day one bus never arrives Day 2 bus never arrives. I do not know how you expect! For one children to arrive on time if your buses never arrive to pick up the children. Two parents do have a work schedule. Our granddaughter is only 6 so she can not be left to wait for your prompt arrival!! Which unfortunately does not turn up. This is very unfortunate situation for many families who need a bus service but can not be relied on."

"They dropped my 5 yr old off on the north side of Madison. We live on the east side. He was found crying walking through Warner Park. The bus service took little accountability and the school was similarly ambivalent about the fact that my child could have died due to their actions. Apparently if it is a substitute driver it's OK to not know what you're doing. 0/10 do not recommend. Completely awful."
