Sugar Creek Bible Camp

"I have been sending my children here for the last 6 years, except the one year they were closed for COVID. Every year, they cannot wait to come back. They are a different religion than most of the kids there and it does not matter. I check every year to make sure there is nothing that makes them feel uncomfortable or pressured about religion. My girls consistently tell me how great they feel there, and that it is just really friendly and supportive. They look forward to camp every year and I think they make great friends, learn great skills and feel empowered by it."

"Awesome camp for kids from elementary to high-school. My son was nervous about going and at the end didn't want to go. The friendly college kids talked him into staying and when i picked him up he didn't want to come home. Made alot of new friends and lifetime experiences that will never be forgotten. Camp songs and meals are great. No phones or video games, Just camping, nature and friends. Lots of games and a pool. Makes me want to be a kid again."

"This was a very beatiful place. We didn't go as campers but for a music festival that used to be there. So I have no idea what the camping experience is like. Groups can rent this place also and one time we were there it was a quilting group that rented it for the weekend. We stayed in one of the lodges and that was very nice. We also stayed in a room in the main lodge of which there a several. The two we stayed in were nice. Everything was clean and comfortable enough."

"Great amenities and helpful staff. I was there for a retreat and found it be a very enjoyable place to be. They have nice trails to walk on and the camp is located in the beautiful Mississippi River bluffs. The rooms and cabins were cozy. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Overall, I was very impressed."
