"Best AT&T in the company always helpful and kind and make sure any of my issues are taken care of."
"Bought the wrong phone cords in EC AT&T and got home and noticed we got the wrong ones. I then went to Menomonie AT&T to take them back and after I got home I realized the manager Jordan who waited on me charged me $19 for restocking..ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! So I went back in today to ask about it and he wasn't working so the employee called him to ask why and Jordan told him since I bought it in in EC it would not help sales at the Menomonie store. They would not refund so I called customer service and they stated I should never been charged that as did the other employees at the Menomonie store. I got my money back but will NEVER go to the Menomonie store again!!!! Go to EC it's a much better experience for sure!!!!!"
"Went in Oct 10. The manager was very rude when I needed tech support, my husband had to go in a second time to get help as he refused to help me. This is the second time I've been in and said manager was impolite."
"Rude employees, Don't expect any help if you have a problem after purchasing any product here!"
"I was willing to take a chance and pay more with AT&T to get the benefits of in-person customer service from AT&T. The in person reps were great at setting up an account and accepting payment. However, the in-person reps told me they were not allowed by corporate policy to help me with any of the following items: *Transferring lines from a business to a consumer account *Having excess charges forgiven (e.g. I was provided a written quote that stated about $150 per month for service and $0 one time fees, and was billed over $300 for the first month service, plus an additional $150 in one time fees) *Cancelling accounts. To receive help with any of the issues I listed, corporate policy states that you need to call their help line. After four trips to the store, and six hours on hold with corporate I finally (I think) have reached resolution. I'm not holding my breath. If you need someone to show you how to use your phone, and are willing to pay a lot more for that service, AT&T is a fantastic option. I witnessed the in-store reps help dozens of people with simplistic phone issues (e.g. attaching screen protectors, setting up voicemail accounts, changing operating system settings). The in store reps are kind, personable, and left many of their customers satisfied. If you are reasonably tech savoy, you can go with a competitor like Google Fi, Mint Mobile, or Boost Infinite and save well over 50% for the same phone service. These competitors are cheaper because they don't have a physical store to staff and just have a lot less overhead. A big perk of most of the competitors is that their customer service phone systems and web portals are fantastic."
