"My kids have not been to summer school on time once. They've not been picked up by their actual bus for summer school once. Kobussen has not communicated Route changes or bus driver changes with me for Summer School once. Today I called them before my kids' school, they could not get into their system. And they sent a driver in a 3 person truck to pick up my 3 kids. So one of my children had to lap sit on one of the others laps to ride to school."
"Great people that really care"
"Chartered Kobussen out of the Balsam Lake location for my son's wedding. Not only did they provide the driver with the wrong itinerary, they never provided me the name or phone number to the driver which I directly asked for after making final payment. Also tried calling the cell phone listed on her email. Left a message and never heard back. Being that the driver had the wrong itinerary, it caused some guests to be late to the wedding. Got a simple "sorry" email. I guess if you do not need to be somewhere at a specific time, feel free to use them but I will never recommend this bus service to anyone."
