"This bus company is the best so far if the bus driver misses my kids ill I do is call and they have a new bus picking them up in 2 mins love it"

"Worst bus drivers ever. No care in the world for what the kids are doing or saying to one another on the bus. There is no disciplinary action for theft, name calling and age inappropriate conversations. My daughter is 9 and has overheard and been told or even shown things about adult intercourse and the bus driver over hears it and only says stop talking but yet allows the kids to keep talking about it. They have no control. The kids have all rhe control. My daughter has had her stuff stolen, she has been stabbed, and has overheard kids moaning inappropriate bedroom talk/screams. Normal bus companies do write ups and suspension but not this company. They continue to let the behavior go on and just "assign" different seats for a day... like that teaches anyone anything. This staff is terrible and it's not just one bus or this generation I've heard stories from other parents that have had this struggle. This company screams low class."

"Very disappointed in the staff. Our first year having our child ride the bus and became concerned when child came home upset because of the driver’s reactions to misbehaving kids. Contacted the bus company who has done nothing about it."

"This was my family’s first year using this company for our child to have a ride to and from school. There have been several incidents where the driver screamed at the kids which my child and the others who get off at her stop would inform me of each day ( happens daily the driver screaming at the children) but what cinched this review was when I found out the driver was break checking the kids when they missed behaved on the bus. I contacted the company and dealt with a very unprofessional man who called my child a liar and when I attempted to contact further up the chain I received no call or email back to discuss my concerns. At this point it’s about safety and my child was flung from her seat smashing into the barrier in front of her from one of these break checks the driver does. My child was terrified getting off the bus and after asking some of the older kids on the bus I found the break checking is a normal thing on that bus. The driver is deliberately putting those kids in harms way and the boss man who I spoke with could care less and calls little kids ( who we all know are brutally honest) liars. Beyond upset and concerned with this company. I want other parents to be aware this is going on."
