"Started out great. Friendly and fit me in to put a new starter in my boat. Called very quickly to come pick it up. When I picked it up they did not have a card reader to charge my bill. Went back later and picked it up noticed it wasn't working exactly how it was when I dropped it off. When I talked to the guy he lectured me on how the service industry works and that they are never responsible for a different problem coming up while in their possession. After 2 times in the water the starter was not working again. I bought another new starter and installed it myself. When I removed the starter that the guys put in I found out that they only put one bolt in and the starter was not actually bad it was just very loose and not engaging. Would strongly recommend fixing it yourself, like I had to do, or going with a little more established place that does their work with integrity."

"I need to leave a note about the excellent work Andy did on my sled. He worked on the slide rail suspension and also the engine power valves. He got halfway through the suspension using the parts I bought and called me as soon as he learned two of the items I bought where the wrong ones. He offered to pick them up, but since my son works close to the vendor I had them delivered. Andy had the sled back on the snow and literally hours.
