A unique and well-appointed campus offering world-class workshops in studio painting, plein air painting, quilting, photography, fiber arts, mixed media, and writing. Founded by Charles E. Meech, MISA is ranked among the top five art and craft workshop schools in the country and they have expanded to Tucson, AZ, Santa Fe, NM, and Bar Harbor, ME. Special thanks to Program Director, Christy Wandreil, for providing information on the school, its programs, and allowing me to wander around and photograph the beautiful prairie campus on such a pleasant summer day.
