"Three weeks ago, Paul Thomas was simply the contact name I had on-hand of a nearby insurance broker for the MoO Long-Term Care policies my wife and I have had for 11 years each. Our original agent was long-gone, but we'd had smooth sailing during that time.... That's character. That's integrity. I had to virtually demand an invoice for his services because from my perspective, THIS is what "customer support" is truly about! Changes to such critical policies can dramatically influence what our quality of life would be like when those times come. Paul's swift, concise and affirmative action gave us back our peace-of-mind.
