"I've used BG Decal and Apparel for a few gift items and I've been nothing short of thrilled with the results. I haven't used them for screen printing, only embroidery jobs, but even with complicated designs, they came out better than expected. Communication along the process was great, and the turnaround time was completely reasonable. This is such a great option for custom gifts, like the custom embroidered caps I've had made. The pricing for these jobs has been fantastic. I will be sending them a lot more business in the future."

"I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone. My intention was to "shop local" while putting together products for our fundraiser. Not only was their pricing on apparel way above what I found online, but their communication skills are terrible as well. FYI - Don't bring your own apparel in to be printed because they will charge you $2 per item just for not going through them. I sent multiple emails CLEARLY identifying what I needed on golf balls and they couldn't take the time to read any of them to get a quote right. Then they tried charging me $5+ PER BALL to have it printed after I was told by Amanda that it was $5+ PER SLEEVE of balls. Besides this mistake, Amanda was otherwise pleasant to work with. Jess, on the other hand, should not be allowed to work with the public. When speaking to her face-to-face, she couldn't have looked more annoyed that I was there. No hello, no smile, no have a nice day - NOTHING! I will take my "shop local" business somewhere else."

"Over the past few days, I have been looking into getting merchandise for my business. I have had many questions throughout the process, and called to get them sorted out. One of their employees Jess has answered all of my questions and helped to make sure the process is as easy for me as possible. The service I have experienced thus far has been amazing, and I am looking forward to placing my order!"

"This company was supposed to print shirts for a fundraiser for us and there were multiple problems with the order. I went to Gena the owner to try to rectify the situation, and see if the shirts could either be redone or refunded. She was rude, refused to refund, or help in any way. She shouted over the phone and was completely out of line with one of my volunteers that came in with the orders that needed to be fixed. I will be refunding the customers even though she has a 'satisfaction guaranteed' on her receipt. Her poor customer service and obnoxious behavior speaks volumes. The quality of the items was poor, I would never recommend this place to anyone."
