He gave me a good quote so I switched. 2 weeks later I got a cancellation letter saying if I didn't replace my roof in a very tight deadline my homeowners policy was cancelled. When the roof was being replaced a storm came through resulting in my laundry and storage rooms needing to be gutted and redone do to mold and water damage.
