"The surgery cane off without a problem. Follow up appointments were great. I am very happy with my experience except for one thing. The phone system for Pacific Eyre Institute is worse than bad. You can be on hold fo 20 minutes or more. Why?"
"Extended wait times. Checked in at 3 o’clock for my appointment and didn’t end up leaving until 5:40 PM that day. I wasn’t seen until an hour and a half after I checked in. I don’t think I will be coming back, unfortunately. The doctor was a good doctor and she addressed a lot of my concerns. I simply cannot wait two hours and 40 minutes to see a doctor and check out."
