"I am incredibly dissatisfied with the level of service from this clinic. I took my nephew down and paid the expedited fee to get tested for COVID19 with the response time of 24-48 hr. His job requires a release without any detection before allowing him to return, so we choose this clinic because it offered expedited services. They have yet to get back to him, and he tested on Monday. The phone numbers that were provided go into voicemails that are not checked, and the text messaging they offer does not respond. Understandably, there is probably an extremely high demand for these services at the moment. However, to charge a premium for expedited services, and not deliver or, at the very least, provide an update is unacceptable."
