"I brought my Papa to the Colton location. I used to bring both my elderly parents to the PEI in Upland, & the staff in Colton was by far much better! Taylor at the front desk was amazing & she made the experience good from the start! Dr. Kim & his Assistants (not sure of their titles) were kind all kind & patient with Papa, which is how all elderly need to be treated. Even my Dad who is hard-of-hearing & has a bit of memory loss, said “they were all so nice” remembered his experience. Some of the areas were tight for those who have to navigate their walkers & wheelchairs, especially when others are waiting who also have either equipment to walk. Thank you for the eye drop sample!"
