"We spent about a year shopping for a hot tub and we stopped into Thatcher and met with Brandon and ended up ordering a Hot Springs Spa. Brandon was by far the best sales person we worked with out of any company and we were able to find a tub that worked with our unique location in our backyard. After the sale the installation team was great and even answered calls from our electrician after hours. Cassidy was a tremendous help when we were filling the tub and balancing the water for the first time. We had one small issue with a jet and again Thatcher made it easy sending a technician and had that fixed efficiently. The hot tub is great but the service after the sale has been even more impressive. Thank you all so much for the great experience and for the great hot tub!"
