"The instructor was rude to me the entire class. I still do not know why she was so unkind to me and angry in class. She was very unprofessional and I feel as though she should not be teaching the class. She treated the class like children, at one point saying she is the Queen of the class. Before taking Mrs Laverne's class she told me after I graduate she would assist me with resources however this was not true. I reached out and she told me she can not assist me further. With all the bible scripture posted in her office I expected more from her. I love supporting black business however I do not like being lied to and treated like a child."

"Laverne is an amazing trainer.She is soooo helpful she will do everything necessary to make sure you pass the exams.It was helpful for me that she went above and beyond to make sure I had the knowledge,skills and tools to be successful in my current position and she didn't have to.She makes the training relatable.And she's very funny.A bonus she has all type of snacks through out the day.She is highly recommended."
