"Terribly unprofessional. They have you come back twice to do something you can get done in one visit so they can bill you twice. Also told them I was not interested in moving forward with procedure unless covered 100% by insurance. They went and "checked" and told me it was 100% covered...and urged me to move forward with the procedure. It was not...I got a hefty bill and they were slow to respond and did nothing to fix the situation. In addition, the procedure was a hack job. I have a huge scar on my back from what should have been a simple excision. They had ample opportunity to fix this and chose not too. I won't be back. They also allude that you are seeing a Dermatologist (MD) when in fact you are seeing a PA operating under a Dermatologist off site. Misleading at best."

Jasmine performed a full skin exam/skin cancer screening. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment very quickly as well. I highly recommend them!"

I love the flexibility in what time to go and now you can text instead of calling in to arrange an appointment. The doctor even helps decide to continue service after a certain amount of time, too.
