"I had to schedule an appointment as I am experiencing arm pain and they scheduled me for a 4 PM appointment. The day of, I had not received any communication so I called to confirm my appointment. The receptionist said that my appointment was not in the system. The woman I had spoke to seem flustered so maybe she was new and didn’t log in my appointment but now I have to deal with my injury for a longer period of time. They did not apologize for a lack of communication or for not logging my appointment in. I verified the location, address, and number so I have it documented that I called this location to schedule an appointment. Be careful if you need to be seen for an injury and plan to take off work. Triple check your appointment at this location."

"Dr. Christopher Ninh and his staff are the greatest. Not only is Dr.Ninh an excellent surgeon, his staff is right on top of all the paperwork and details. It seems as if they give everyone special treatment."

"I called to make an appt. The woman said I would need X-ray in order to make appt. I got copies of X-ray now I need them on a CD. I'm still waiting for them to call me to set up an appt. I left several messages still no one has returned my call. The girls working at front desk setting appt. Find another job your lazy or you just don't care. That makes the Doctors office look bad."
