Reviews
"Got my parking garage pass here! Lee helped me, and was extremely thorough about the process. Prior to meeting in-office, I thought the online application process for the pass was pretty painless. The email correspondence very clear. Also. This is unrelated to the service but just how friendly the people are, but I was gifted a rose from someone who’s birthday it was in the office. Really special. Thank you guys!"
"People, read the signs! The building is "municipal" and not "marsupial". Next time, you should leave your kangaroos at home please. Friendly staff, even if carried in a pouch."
"Beautifully renovated city building. I don’t believe anyone can expect government functioning with efficiency so delays are very much expected."
"The parking utility department is very unhelpful and slow. Took the lady 25 minutes to process my residential pass while she was chatting up other employees not about work related things. When all is said and done madison does prorate for short term leases so you will be charged the full amount no matter what. I'd find alternatives to this racket and lack of common manners."
"This is not a post office anymore. Why does it still come up when I Google search for post office? Why does the sign on the front door say post office?"
