"I’ve been waiting over an hour half naked for a biopsy. Being left in a procedure room and forgotten about does not say much about how much you are valued"
"I had a referral to see a doctor that works at Hoffman’s office. My referral was for a specific female doctor, whom I requested. The first time I called to schedule an appointment with her, the front desk staff told me it should be Dr. Hoffman I should be seeing instead. They received my referral days ago, and when I called to follow up, they kept telling me “dr Hoffman is reviewing all of the referrals, we’ll call you when he’s done.” I got that response for days. My referral wasn’t for Dr. Hoffman. He has no jurisdiction over my referrals. I have a PPO. Office staff is rude, and incompetent. Because I didn’t want to see Hoffman, it’s like they ignored me intentionally. Thankful I found a doctor who is actually in the business of healthcare. Will never recommend his office to anyone."

"My sister and I entered the reception area. We took our temperature which was good to go. Once we began to further enter the security woman started shouting that we can only have one visitor per patient per day. So I told my sister to enter then the security woman shouted that I needed to wait outside. I complied and went outside. Then I need to go to the restroom so I entered to ask if I could use the facility. The temperature staff said yes go ahead, however, the security woman started to shout out to me and tell me NO, only one person per patient per day. I told her that I need to use the restroom and her reply was NO, you need to go to bldg something something which I had to tell her that it was my first time here and I didn't know where that bldg was located. Therefore, the security woman walked me out side and pointed to another bldg and told me that she would phone another security person to open the door for me. The security woman needs to be more polite and understanding that visitors are out of their elements and should show more compassion. I'm not sure if she was just a power trip or having a bad day. My sister and I were trying to visit our Dad who is 92 and has five fractured ribs and vertebrae in two locations of his back and a slight punctured lung. He will be having surgery that is currently being scheduled for Wednesday. I hope this security woman is more passionate or reassigned to an area that she doesn't interact with the public. Because she is one of the first persons that is the face of this facility."
"This is by far the best hospital. I have never felt so much confidence in the doctors, nurses, and all professional staff. I am thankful for the doctors who are, by far, the best. My husband’s surgeon, Dr. Brian Lee, is not only one of the best brain surgeons but also so patient and kind and attentive to his patient and family. He spent lots of time patiently answering questions and explaining all the procedures my husband would need. The staff at the Keck hospital is also the best. The receptionists, security personnel, custodial, cafeteria personnel, all kind and helpful. Thank you for making a difficult time easier with kindness. I highly recommend the doctors and hospital services of USC Keck."
