"Their after hours answering service is awful. While attempting to confirm my appointment (which the after hours doesn’t have any access to) I was repeatedly interrupted by the operator. I advised them I was previously told I would receive a text confirming my appointment; however, they have no knowledge of the company doing this. I’ve never dealt with this business but it’s unfortunate to be repeatedly interrupted when attempting to provide someone with information. More so, it’s unfortunate their after hours does not have access to the appointment information and their is no one else to call to confirm."

"Be careful when you go to that office they charge you for things they didn't do. For example, they sent me a bill for external photos and they never took my photos. I spoke to tell them and they told me that I still had to pay them. I don't recommend them"

"Very disappointed in BEI! After seeing Dr Moir, I ordered 2 pair of glasses. (Everyday, Computer). Needed eyes rechecked after difficulty seeing close up. RX had changed and original frames needed to be exchanged for smaller ones to accommodate progressive lenses (had to pay a $60 restocking fee) Long story short - still unable to see near in these glasses and the computer glasses are completely off. I was told by the optical manager, Tori, that they sent them back once at no charge. I would have to pay $1000 in order to have them remade. Spoke with the office manager Cindy who took down my concerns and said she would get back to me. I’m still waiting for her call! I can see better with my old glasses than these. Very disgusted that I paid for 2 pair of glasses that I can’t see out of"

"We were patients of this facility ,regularly. However ,with covid etc, we hadn't been in a while. About a month ago ,I called to get appts for my husband and me. The woman who took the call was very rude! I asked her was there any earlier appointments available for my husband ,since he had extenuating circumstances. He was hospitalized . She snapped at me ,to the point where I actually said " there's no need to be so rude,,I'm simply asking a question! We'll see how tomorrow goes. If we get any attitude, we're done going there. But I will be speaking to Dr Hair about this!"

"Coming from someone who has keratoconus on both eyes, I was finally able to get a corneal transplant on my right eye! But let me tell you Dr. Hair & his staff are amazing!!! Especially Ana & the front desk people they would treat me with respect & was super polite. Ever since I got the surgery I can’t thank Dr. hair enough, it definitely changed my life a lot!! I never thought I was able to see clear again thank you Dr. Hair!"
