"I only go here because it's where the va hospistal sends me, whoever does the scheduling is always rude and very short with words, I've had them say they reschedule appointments and not put the appointment date in and tell the va I was a no show but they still charge the va,you call they put you on hold and don't return or send it to an answering service and don't return phone calls, I've already reported to my local va but I don't have time to keep playing the call back game"

"Second time here , first time was 4 weeks ago , walked in and it was packed and too busy, I had to leave , was messing with my anxiety levels. This morning it's quiet and only 4 patients here , it's peaceful."

"Wow... I can't believe all of these awful reviews! Not only was I not even here an hour but on top of that the doctor was lovely and so detailed. He spent extra time being more than a doctor but a friend as well. Very nice people here. The nurses were very nice, detailed, and polite, as well as the scheduler girl, Daisy. All in all this was a wonderful experience. It's crazy that I hyped myself up thinking it would be awful based on reviews. It was anything but. Thank you all for being so sweet."

"Over booking. Appointment was at 10am, finally got called back around 12:10. Ladies behind the counter were very short and rude. The only time they weren't was when they were speaking to patience that spoke Spanish. Alot of people in the waiting area was complaining about the same problem."
