"Buyer beware! If I could give a zero rating I would. Melody Taylor was wonderful and helpful, but she has retired. I spent over $7000 for aids a few months back. I need some help with my hearing aids and I need them turned up. They now have some guy from LA that won’t help. He only sits back in his chair and tells you what the problem could be. He told me to run fishing line through my aids to clear the air hole! What! All this guy wants to do his sell you hearing aids! Try Costco. They are way cheaper and the service has to be better than this!"
